This new service will be in full effect by June 2010.  ECP Consulting is combining certain skills and training with Project Management.  Over and above this, the service will offer to our Clients a full Labour Law Compliance Auditing Service. 

We are in the process of negotiating accreditation from the Department of Labor after which we will be fully qualified and authorised to conduct Compliance Inspections. 

You might ask how you would benefit from a service such as this. 

  • The Value for you as our Client will be the Legal Firewall between you and Trade Unions.  This service is designed to protect the Employer against voids in HR procedure, sometimes by pure mistake and sometimes by ignorance.
  • The value for your staff would be that they will understand the content of the Employment Agreement (Employee Directive) between you as Employer and them as Employees.  They will understand their rights as per the content of their Employment Contracts, Basic Conditions of Employment (BCE), job descriptions and specific delegations.

As independent assessors we will audit your records, design a plan of action and determine cost.  After the quote is given, it will be up to the Employer (Client) to accept the project or deny.  The cost of such a project will be kept as low as possible and such a project will not take longer that six (6) weeks.
