SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT

In terms of recruitment, ECP Consulting quotes all our clients between 15% and 20% (VAT exclusive) depending on the stipulations in the SLA between ECP Consulting and the client. However as the needs and policies of our various Clients differ, this aspect is fully addressed and agreed upon in the SLA.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)

A full cost analysis is done on the requirement of the Client. A 15% to 20% fee is adjusted upon the cost analysys determining final cost per month. This Cost Analysys is based on the following and includes but is not exclusive to the Cost Analysys:

• Management Fee (this caters for consultation and other qualitative aspects)

• Proportionate Salaries (Per hour depending on contract)

• Equipment Wear and Tear

• Advertising Cost

• Overhead Cost such as Telephones, Internet, Electricity and expendables.A full cost analysis similar to RPO is done on the requirement of the Client.
  

HUMAN RESOURCES OUTSOURCING (HRO) AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (HRD)

A 15% to 20% fee is adjusted upon the cost analysys determining final cost per month. This Cost Analysys is based on the following and includes but is not exclusive to the Cost Analysys:

• Management Fee (this caters for consultation and other qualitative aspects)

• Proportionate Salaries (Contract related per hour depending on position on the contract)

• Proportionate Office Accomodation

• Equipment Wear and Tear

• Advertising Cost

• Overhead Cost such as Telephones, Internet, Electricity and expendables.

COMPLIANCE

Financial Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering And Counter Terror Financing Compliance

A complete quotation will be given on request.

Industrial Compliance

A normal consulting fee of R 750.00 per hour, for the first hour, or portion thereof, will be billed. Every full hour after that at the same rate will apply, or a portion thereof at a reduced rate, pro rata to the portion thereof. These rates exclude VAT.

For each completed document (Letter of Appointment, Full Post Profile, Job Description and KPA, a fixed tariff of R 7 500.00 apply. Where significant alterations must be made in cases where there is a comparison in Key Performance Areas (KPA’s), cost will be projected at R 350.00 per hour but not exceeding cost of more that two (2) hours.

A full Cost Analysys will be provided.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A normal consulting fee of R 750.00 per hour, for the first hour, or portion thereof, will be billed. Every full hour after that at the same rate will apply, or a portion thereof at a reduced rate, pro rata to the portion thereof. These rates exclude VAT.

For completed and delivered documents, a fixed price of R 2 500.00 per document (excluding VAT) will apply. Where in a division of the client, where the same Employee Directive generically applies to a group of employees, an administrative fee of R 250.00 will be billed for every document additional to the original where insignificant variables apply. Where significant variations apply, cost will be projected at R 350.00 per hour but not exceeding cost of more that two (2) hours or as agreed between ECP Consulting and the client.

A full Cost Analysis will be provided.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

On quoting on any project, ECP Consulting will charge a once off administration fee, excluding the fixed hourly rate to cover development and research cost on such a project. This will be exclusive of VAT, and excluded from the final draft cost. A final fee of 10% (VAT exclusive) on the project value will be added to determine final project cost.

• A normal consulting fee per man hour for the first hour, or portion thereof, of R 750.00 will be billed for the first hour. Every full hour after that, at the same rate will apply, or a portion thereof at a reduced rate, pro rata to the portion of that hour. These rates exclude VAT.

These rates exclude

• Expenses

• Stay and Travel

• Cellular phone/ Internet Usage

• Distance travelled at AA Rates

• Other expenses as might be identified from time to time

Note that itemised expenses will be provided for all additional costs as well as itemised hourly billing.
