ECP Consulting is qualified in Project Management and will design, staff and manage projects on behalf of our Clients. All our services are tailored to fit in the framework of a standard project. Projects based on the services contained in this Company Profile will be supplied additional to a complete cost analysis.

 

On acceptance of any project or a project based on the services contained in this Company Profile, ECP Consulting and the Client will enter into an agreement based on a Memorandum of understanding. Following that, a full Project Agreement will be set up that will include all requirements adding to the successful delivery of the project.

HUMAN RESOURCES OUTSOURCING (HRO) and HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (HRD)

 

Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).


Globally, many companies rather outsource their HR function than keeping it as part of their business structure. The reason for this being the following:
The number one reason to outsource is administrative relief?

  • Focus on the core business – Remove the distractions of handling employee matters, tax filings, and focus on the business.

  • Reduce risk of error – How many businesses can afford to hire the right talent to make certain everything's done according to the law?

  • Control expenses – When times are tough having cost fixed is essential. In good times it means more profit to the bottom line.

  • Reduce internal labor costs – Outsourcing allows the internal staff to focus on what makes the company money.

Human Resources Development (HRD).


HRD is a shorter version of HRO. It should not be confused with the development of your Human Capital but rather tyhe development of the Human Resources Function of the New Business.

HRD should not take longer than six (6) months and after completion of the contract the Client will have the option of appointing its own HR service.

During the HRD, ECP Consulting will assist with the sourcing of staff at an integrated cost. Naturally the next step after the completion of an HRD project is to enter into an agreement with ECP Consulting to render an HRO service.

The disadvantage of such a decision is that the new HR team will have to integrate into the new company which could proof to be costly and with sacrifice to employee satisfaction.

This is a service that is offered to our Clients and can also involve the internal auditing of employment records, contracts and relevant documents generally referred hereto as the Employee Directive.

  • Legal firewall when the position of the employer is considered in disciplinary action.
