RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is mainly directed at New Business Development (NBD). The service caters for a new and fresh relationship between ECP Consulting and the Client. In this relationship there will be the option of Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) and Human Resources Development (HRD) but is not exclusive.

We also market the service with Clients that has been through service provision contracts that simply did not work. The main reason for this is that out of a database of service providers, HR is still struggling to cope with the load of nominations irrespective limitations on the amount of nominees required of each service provider.

RPO doubles as the Client’s recruitment team leaving HR to concentrate on what HR should do. In this a mandate is given to ECP Consulting to render an exclusive service. The advantage of this is that the relationship between ECP and our Clients are stronger, more involved, more trusted and driven by frequent communication.

Naturally certain aspects of Human Resource Development will be part of this service in order to ensure that both ECP Consulting and the Client is on par considering key requirements when sourcing an applicant. These aspects involve key elements of Business Development (HRD).
Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing is based on the following:

  • Introduction of technology to improve operating efficiency;

  • Provision of recruiting specialists with specific areas of expertise;

  • Improvement of performance as measured by such metrics as timeliness, quality, and diversity;

  • Enhancing the measurement and reporting of recruiting performance;

  • Managing fluctuations in hiring volume


RPO is viable for most business entities and it is a way to curb elaborate expenses on Recruitment. The placment rate on an RPO can fall as low as 5% per position, includin all positions in the business structure. Any business can save up to 75% on its Recruitment expenduture. This is really the direction any company would want to take in order to recover from the recession. Quotations will be based on the following:

 

  • Strategic HR Planning of the Client which ECP Consulting offers as part of the RPO for New Business Development. This involves planning for the full structure in the Business Entity.

  • High staff turnover or an expansion in business. In existing businesses, a beyond reasonable staff rotation per month will be a strong motivation that an RPO should be considered

  • The sourcing budget.

  • The specific competence area of the business.
